Privacy Policy.
This policy explains how MYDN GROUP LLC ("MYDN GROUP", "we", "us") handles personal information on this website, mydngroupllc.com. Each business of the Group (Cuba Health Assist, Heyo Travel and Trend Mercado) publishes its own privacy policy on its own website, and that policy applies when you use its services.
Information we collect
Contact and support form. When you send an enquiry we receive the topic you choose, your name, email address, country, subject and message, and any optional details you add (company, job title, phone, website, preferred way to reply). Each enquiry is stored with a reference number. If you choose WhatsApp as the way to reply, we contact you through WhatsApp (a service of Meta) at the number you give, from the MYDN GROUP number +1 208 933 6676.
Partner application. When you apply to partner with us we receive the details of your organisation, the contact person, your proposal and your answers to the questions for your partner type. While you fill in the form, a draft is kept only in your own browser so you can continue later; it is removed when you send the application. If you choose WhatsApp as your contact method, we send updates about your application through WhatsApp from the MYDN GROUP number +1 208 933 6676.
Partner portal and team accounts. If we open an account for you, we hold your name, email address, role, sign-in times and the messages exchanged in the portal. Passwords are never stored in readable form; we keep only a one-way fingerprint of them.
Email. If you write to us by email, we receive your address, your name if you include it and the content of your message.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the website. With each form we also keep a short, irreversible fingerprint of the sending address to stop abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use information

- To run the partner portal and keep accounts secure.
- To protect the website and its forms against misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where information is kept
Enquiries, applications and portal records are kept in private cloud storage provided by our hosting provider. Only authorised members of our team can open them, each with a personal account, and every change is recorded. When a new enquiry or application arrives, our team may receive an email notice with its reference.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as website hosting, storage, email and messaging), with other MYDN GROUP companies when needed to handle your request, with the business of the Group that your enquiry concerns so that it can answer you, or when the law requires it.
Job applicants
When you apply for a role, we receive the details you enter in the application form and your CV. We use them only to assess your application and to contact you about it. If you ask for WhatsApp updates, we send them through WhatsApp (a service of Meta) from the MYDN GROUP number +1 208 933 6676. Your CV is kept in private storage and is seen only by the people involved in recruitment.
We keep applications for up to 12 months after the recruitment for the role ends, so that we can consider you for similar roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employment record. We never ask candidates to pay a fee at any stage of recruitment.
International transfers
MYDN GROUP has companies in the United States and Türkiye, and our service providers may process data in other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect information wherever it is processed.
Retention
We keep enquiries, applications and correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Write to admin@mydngroupllc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
