How we are run

MYDN GROUP is a privately held group of companies under common ownership. Each company is an independent legal entity with its own registration, accounts and obligations.
- Companies and businesses are kept apart. The companies are the legal entities; the businesses are the brands that serve customers. Each brand works through one of the Group companies, and you can always ask us which one.
- One way of working. Strategy, technology, commercial management and partnerships are run at Group level, so every business works to the same standards.
- Records you can rely on. Enquiries, applications and partner records are kept in private systems with personal accounts for each team member, and every change is logged.
