What is MYDN GROUP?
MYDN GROUP is a privately held international group of companies under common ownership. It builds and operates specialized businesses in healthcare coordination, travel and destination management, and commerce.
Which companies form the Group?
Two companies: MYDN GROUP LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States, and MYDN GROUP SAĞLIK TURİZM TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ., a limited company in Istanbul, Türkiye. See Company information.
How are the two companies related?
They are independent legal entities under common ownership. Each has its own registration, accounts and responsibilities, and neither is the parent of the other.
Is MYDN GROUP listed on a stock exchange?
No. MYDN GROUP is privately held. As a private group it does not publish financial statements.

Which company works for which business?
Heyo Travel works through MYDN GROUP LLC. Cuba Health Assist works through MYDN GROUP SAĞLIK TURİZM TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. Trend Mercado is the commerce business of the Group. If you are unsure which company you are dealing with, ask us and we will tell you.
Does MYDN GROUP sell services directly?
No. Customers are served by each business on its own website. MYDN GROUP works with institutions, suppliers and corporate partners.
Where is the Group active?
In five countries: the United States and Türkiye, where the group companies are, and Cuba, Mexico and Argentina, where our businesses serve customers. We have offices in Miami and Istanbul and ground operations in Havana.

Group email always ends in @mydngroupllc.com, and our businesses write from their own websites' addresses. If in doubt, do not pay or reply; check with us first. See Fraud awareness.
